Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No 3
The notoriously difficult to play piano concerto by a composer who had a handspan of one-and-a-half-octaves. Rachmaninov himself said of the piece "I wrote this concerto for an elephant!". This 1st movement of the concerto is my very favourite piece of music (played by the great Vladimir Horowitz):

Vivaldi's 'Four Seasons'
Vivaldi's 'Four Seasons' is one of the most popular pieces of Baroque music. Korean violinist Kyung Wha Chung plays the 3rd movement of 'Summer':
